摘要

Results of studies of binary organosilicate systems based on the solutions of sodium silicate and water-soluble organic compounds, including polymers (polyvinyl alcohol, phenolformaldehyde resin, copolymer of acryl amide with ammonium and sodium acry-lates), and monomers (acrylic acid, ε-caprolactam), have been summarized to rate the potential of their application as a base for coolant lubricant fluids for blade and abrasive machining of metals.
