The lance (102) has an external thread (103) connected with a tool, and an inlet opening (104) receiving coolant and/or lubricant, where the lance is suitable to arrange a tool within a central coolant channel (106) to guide coolant and/or lubricant. An outlet opening discharges the coolant and/or lubricant. A channel portion is arranged between the inlet opening and outlet opening. Inner diameter of the outlet opening is 1.5 mm, and inner diameter of the inlet opening is 4.5 mm. The channel portion is attached at another channel portion.
