The device has a rotatable molding tool (28) i.e. cylindrical solid disk, including press channels (26), which limit mold spaces together with a fixed base part (36). A plunger piston (22) is retracted into the mold spaces. The press channels are moved from a press position aligned with a path of the plunger piston into an ejection position aligned with a path of an extension by rotating the molding tool. The molding tool between the press channels represents a continuous heat sink, which comprises specific volume of solid material and/or coolant channels (38, 39).
