摘要

The effects of B_2O_3 on the sinter ability and microwave dielectric properties of Ca[(Li_(1/3)Nb_(2/3)) _(0.92)Zr_(0.08)?δ?0.05TiO_2 (CLNZ?0.05TiO _2) ceramics were investigated. B_2O_3 doping can effectively reduce sintering temperature by 150~200 °C. The temperature coefficient of resonator frequency τfincreased with an increase of B_2O_3 content and sintering temperature. When B _2O_3 of 2.5 wt % were added, the optimum microwave dielectric properties: ε_r =34.2, Qf =15680GHz and τ_f = ? 4.7×10?_6/°C were obtained at the sintering temperature of 950 oC.
