摘要

Hexahdyrobenzo[b]furan derivatives were efficiently synthesized by the radical cyclization of 1-arylcyclohexenes, 1-phenylcycloheptene, and 1,1-diarylethenes with barbituric acid derivatives or 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione (dimedone) using manganese(III) acetate or cerium(IV) ammonium nitrate (CAN).
