摘要

The indole ring is involved in a large number of natural and biologically active molecules[1,2].There is an abundant literature dedicated to the synthesis of indole and its derivatives and its functionalization[1].In this paper,we report the results of studying the role of the metal at the nitrogen atom on the ratio of 2-and 3-phenylindoles resulting from the arylation of indole salts with bromobenzene catalyzed by different palladium complexes.The aim of this study is to develop conditions for the selective preparation of each of the above isomers.
