A study was conducted to demonstrate the construction of block elements with a nonplanar boundary. The block elements were constructed by the differential factorization method for an inner and outer boundary-value problem for a spherical body with the boundary different from spherical. The methods of implementation of manifold automorphism were used as the basis of the construction. It was shown that the block elements obtained only by a minor alteration of boundaries resulted in a sufficient variety of the regions occupied with them and the same-type pseudo-differential equations were obtained in this case. The block elements had a number of advantages whose possibilities substantially contributed to the investigation of solutions of differential equations. The triple and double transform and the Fourier-Bessel conversion were also introduced for investigating one of the equations by the differential factorization method.
