Manitou North America and Gehl Co. announced a new combined organization, which will operate as Manitou Americas. The announcement was made at ConExpo-Con/Agg in Las Vegas and follows the merger of the two companies' sales, marketing and support teams last September. The legal aspects of the merger were completed at the end of the first quarter. The newly created Manitou Americas will host the sales, marketing and support for North America and Latin America for the Gehl, Manitou and Mustang machine brands, as well as the Edge attachment brand and their respective dealer networks.
