Phillip Ribbeck, president of Repsol Energy North America, was in Boston recently, chasing requests for proposals for winter gas supply. He said that it is too early to tell whether Repsol will be able to receive and regasify 800 million cubic feet of natural gas per day this winter - twice what was achieved last winter and about two-thirds of the terminal's current capacity.
