The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has agreed to lift a three-week blockade on Nigeria LNG's (NLNG) ships, which had cost US$475 million in lost revenue, Reuters reported. Nigeria LNG decided to pay US$140 million to get NIMASA to end the blockade. The two parties were locked in a dispute over unpaid levies, which NLNG argued it was exempt from paying.
