CGA: gold production up 5.61 percent in Jan.-Oct

According to the latest statistics of China Gold Association (CGA) released on December 7, China yielded 19.630 tonnes of gold in October, The total output in the first ten months was 176.295 tonnes, up by 9.371 tonnes (or 5.61 percent) year-on-year. In January to October period, China's gold enterprises achieved 30.756 billion yuan of industrial value and 2.899 billion yuan of profits. up by 20.06 percent and 26.10 percent year-on-year. Gold enterprises from Shandong, Fujian and Henan Province respectively contributed 39.27, 24.76 and 11.44 percent to the total profits.
