摘要

Traditional process of soybeans crude oil degumming is mainly based on phospholipid removal through its hydration.Not only does this step of the process consume high amount of energy and chemical products but also generates significant quantity of wastewater and compromises nutritional factors of the final product.Many studies testing ultrafiltration(UF)membranes have been conducted on vegetable crude oil degumming,since this method eliminates effluent production,lowers power consumption,does not need addition of chemical compounds
