Melanocyte reservoir in viti-ligo patches is of great significance in therapeutic response to medical therapies.1 The presence of leukotrichia indicates the loss of melanocyte reservoir and the recalcitrant nature of the disease. We report the significant spread of normal-appearing pigment around an acquired melanocytic nevus in a patch of segmental vitiligo during the course of treatment.
