Research to establish the amino acid mix required to achieve better milk proteins has resulted in a new feed supplement from BOOM Pauls. After two years of carefully monitored introductory trials, high milk protein concentrations are within the reachof producers with the launch of an essential amino-acid feed. Complimix Charisma, formulated to deliver the correct balance of amino acids required for milk protein synthesis, is the product of ongoing research by BOCM Pauls. The product has been trialled at Barhill, the company's development facility in Cheshire, as well as in more than 35 on-farm studies during the past two years.
