Bullying is a form of harassment where psychological pain gets inflicted on the victim repeatedly. Bullying may have a devastating impact on those who are subjected to it. It can take place between two individuals or among many individuals. It involves: a victim, who becomes subjected to the mental or physical suffering; a bully, who torments the victim; and bystanders who observe. In a workplace, a bully can be anyone - superior, colleague, supplier or customer.
