加拿大反网络欺凌媒介素养课程个案研究与启示*--基于“网络欺凌：鼓励道德的在线行为”课程的分析

摘要

The development of information and communication technology makes our daily life more convenient, but also contributes to the occurrence and prevalence of cyberbullying, especially among the young. Therefore, media literacy education referring to cyberbullying should be emphasized by educators and researchers. This paper takes Cyberbullying: Encouraging Ethical Online Behavior, an anti-cyberbullying media literacy education course developed in Canada, as a study case, analyzing the course contents and features, and exploring the course design to make a better understanding of anti-cyberbullying media literacy education.%信息通讯技术与电子媒介技术的发展既给人们的生活带来了便利，也为网络欺凌现象孕育了温床。当前网络欺凌问题已经严重影响到人们的虚拟交往和现实生活，在儿童与青少年中尤为明显，加强反网络欺凌媒介素养教育已迫在眉睫。文章以加拿大“网络欺凌：鼓励道德的在线行为”课程为个案，通过内容分析法对该课程特征进行了分析，深度剖析了其课程设计，为反网络欺凌媒介素养课程设计、开发及实施提供了重要参考。
