JM Science's newest oil evaporator, the AQUACOUNTER EV-2000L (FIG. 5), uses azeotropic distillation to completely separate water from sample matrices, thereby ehrninating any side reactions with interfering substances. The evaporator helps determine the moisture in difficult samples such as heavy oils, grease, and other substances. The CE-approved instrument can be used with the AQUACOUNTER Karl Fischer titra-tors, or any other manufacturer s titrators.
