NOAA: Vehicular Emissions to Contribute to Global Warming in Latter 21st Century

A recent study from the U.S. Climate Change Science Program and the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA) suggests that short-term pollutants such as soot, low-altitude ozone, nitrates and sulfates, may contribute more to global warming than previously thought. In their study, scientists found that two of the three climate models they used showed that short-term pollutant concentrations would constitute 20% of predicted average global warming by 2050.
