A capacity increase of 15% at The Dow Chemical Company's acrylic dispersion plant in Villers-Saint-Paul, France, will help support customers' ambitions for business growth in a range of products.Construction work has begun at the beginning of December and production start-up is scheduled for Q3 2012. It is expected that the plant will reach its full capacity for manufacture of polyacrylic acid products at the beginning of 2013.
