Acrylic polymers capacity is expanded in Europe by Dow Construction Chemicals

US Dow Chemical is to increase capacity at its acrylic dispersion plant in Villers-Saint-Paul, France, by 15%. Construction work began in December 2011 and production start-up is scheduled for the third quarter of 2012. The plant is expected to reach full capacity for the manufacture of polyacrylic acid products at the beginning of 2013.
