摘要

Preharvest treatments of gibberellic acid, ethrel and mixtalol were given on Thompson Seedless grapes and raisins were prepared The dehydration was very fast in the first three days and percent moisture loss was recorded. The minimum moisture loss andthe recovery of raisins was highest where ethrel (500 ppm) was applied at veraison stage. GA (25ppm) applied at full bloom increased the time required for dehydration of grapes. The recovery was minimum and the drying ratio was maximum with GA application at berry set and GA 50ppm at full bloom resulted in the highest berry weight.
