Singaporean product stocks decline; Japanese stocks inch up.

International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories fell 812K bbl to 29.795MM bbl in the week to June 24, as can be seen in the following chart. Fuel oil stocks posted a sharp decline, settling at a four-week low, and light distillate inventories dipped to a two-week low. Middle distillate stocks, however, partially rebounded on the week.
