Angola Adopts Flexible Approach

After delivering its first two cargoes in July and August and sending out a third, the world's newest liquefaction project, the 5.2 million ton per year Angola LNG (ALNG) plant at Soyo, seems to be establishing a reputation for reliability. It is expected to tender 10 more cargoes through the end of 2013 (WGI Jun.19'13). The West African facility finally began producing in June after start-up was delayed 18 months by a series of technical problems.
