WorkSafe WA has issued a warning to the operators of skid steer loaders following the death of an operator late last year.In a significant incident summary, Ron Reid, acting chief inspector of WorkSafe's Special Investigations Branch, said the 50-year-old experienced owner/operator died in November after he was crushed by the lift arms of a skid steer loader on a residential construction site in Yallingup.
