摘要

The intensity of the heat flow in the plasma of the external column of the ADHC in vacuum surfacing is 1-2 orders of magnitude lower than on its anode. The heating of the powder composite brazing alloy based on nickel is most efficient to the brazing temperature in electric contact with the anode-component. The controlling conditions for the manifestation of the bonding effect for the formation of electrical and thermal contact between the particles of the brazing alloy and the substrate of the component is preheating the substrate to 1180-1230 deg C and surface treatment up to Rz = 0.2 / 2.0 mum.
