Distribution of the heat flow density in the external column plasma of arc discharge with hollow cathode in vacuum and on its anode is investigated. The heating nature evaluation of the powder-like filler both in plasma flow of external column of arc discharge and on its anode is fulfilled. Important recommendations for applying composite coatings in vacuum using arc surfacing in soldering duty with the powder composite feeding are given.
