The midwest nursing research society advances science to improve health.

This month, attendees will be warmly welcomed to exciting Columbus, Ohio, for our 35th Annual Research Conference. What an amazing 35 years it has been since the first group of nurse scientists gathered to work on a project titled "Nursing Faculty Research Development in the Midwest" for the Department of Health and Human Services. Through this collaboration they began discussing the benefits of having an organization dedicated specifically to nursing research. These initial ideas, along with commitment and much hard work, grew into the Midwest Nursing Research Society. Thirty-five years later, MNRS is 1,300 members strong and is the nation's premier nursing research organization.
