The year-on-year market improvement in the fourth quarter comes after three years of sharp declines. Economic growth in the country remained sluggish in the fourth quarter, however, growing by just 2.8% year-on- year compared with 2.9% in the third quarter. Full-year GDP growth also came in at 2.8%, up from 0.8% growth in 2014 when the country was gripped by political unrest culminating in the military coup that put the current junta in power.
