BackgroundCytomegalovirus (CMV) enteritis after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is difficult to diagnose. We aimed to evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the detection of CMV DNA in feces for predicting CMV enteritis.
