Collaborative working benefits high fliers in highways

Attracting young people into the transport sector and encouraging them to stay there are top priorities for Highways Agency chief executive Graham Dalton. He is helping to develop the Agency's graduate training programme and is leading a 'Roads Academy' to provide specialist training for senior figures employed by the Agency and those among its supply chain.
