How do you think the freight industry is coping at the moment?The freight industry, like many industries, is suffering. There is a constant pressure to keep prices down for the customers, against a backdrop of fluctuating currencies, fuel prices and other costs. Many providers of freight and haulage are struggling to meet costs and are going out of business - a regrettable situation, but not one we can particularly influence. It is up to us to provide a service which the customer can relate to. That means consistent reliability, strong communication, and, most of all, good prices.
