Kumba Takes Full Control of Ticor

A prospectus,outlining the terms of the takeover bid and providing some background data on Ticor and Kumba,was issued to shareholders towards the end of September.At a specially convened meeting on 26 October,the "scheme of arrangement" was approved by 88% of the shareholders,holding over 97% of the relevant Ticor Ltd.shares.
