NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Shawn Bigham remembers a lot of things. He remembers competing in various spotting activities as a boy, whether it be taking Judo lessons in Japan, where his father had been stationed for a time with the U.S. Air Force, or participating in football, baseball and track. He remembers being an avid runner and general fitness nut later in life.
