Surveys show that technology can drive more effective communication with clients, so consider the merits of being more versatile and using virtual methods to gather data on how people use your services. WHEN IT COMES to client communication, it appears vets and pet owners are not always on the same page. Data from two separate surveys backs this up. The Vet Support+ Spring Pulse Survey provides a snapshot of current market sentiment from practice managers and owners, while a separate client satisfaction survey offers results from research conducted among 2,035 pet owners who have visited their vet in the past 12 months'.
