Mexico Lifts Label Translation Mandate

In a Jan. 26 notice in its Official Gazette, Mexico eliminates the requirement that firms translate the International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients on personal-care product labels into Spanish. Amendment goes into effect immediately, but regulation requiring translation has not yet been changed.
