Draft framework supports new contract monitoring

A draft framework to support contractors,primary care trusts and strategic health authorities in monitoring implementation of the new community pharmacy contract in England has been developed by the NHS Primary Care Contracting team.The framework describes the aims and intended outcomes of each of the essential services,as well as of the medicines use review and prescription intervention services.
