AK Capital Attracts 90 Million U.S. dollars Foreign Capital

AK Capital has successfully finalized a deal to attract 90 million U.S. dollars from Lehman Brothers, thus completing the arrangement of the fund necessary for the takeover of Hanbo Steel. With the 90 million U.S. dollars (equivalent to about 10.8 million Korean won) to be brought in, AK Capital will make up for a shortfall of about 64.4 billion won in the capital and has become able to completely remove a hurdle in the road for the takeover of Hanbo Steel.
