摘要

Water of Nanaksagar from July 1994 to June 1996 was assessed with reference to watermolds, temperature, aH, dissolved oxygen and organic matter. A total of 38 fungal species were isolated. Maximum number of fungal species were recorded in winter and spring, while minimum in summer and rainy seasons. Occurrence of fungal species showed a significant negative correlation with temperature, organic matter, and significant positive correlation with ph and dissolved oxygen.
