Determination of floral origin of some himalayan honeys

The results of pollen analysis of twenty-five honey samples collected from Garhwal Himalaya in the northwest of India have been presented. Pollen percentage of each plant species in honey sample has been represented by pollen spectra. The dominant bee forage species are Prunus, Pyrus, Rosa, Rubus, Alnus, Brassica, Citrus, Psidium, Eucalyptus, Coriandrum, Polygala, Sesamum, Salvia and a number of Asteraceous plants.
