The invention relates to methods for production of food products with high biologically active action and high consumer's qualities and comprising honey and homogenized tissues of animal origin, which are not heat treated. The method provides for mixing the honey with the tissues of animal origin at the process of homogenizing thereof up to obtaining the homogeneous mass as an emulsion, which is then evaporated under vacuum up to the initial moisture content of the honey. The product obtained has high biological activity and it is characterized by the stability while being stored, and also it has repairing, system-strengthening, prophylactic action. Immunocorrecting, wound-healing, radioprotective, antitumoral properties are peculiar to it.
