摘要

Considering that the index value of evaluated objects draws near the grey class center-point, that the cluster coefficient changes slowly, and that the index value is farer away from the center-point of grey class, so the cluster coefficient changes rapidly. In this situation, the existing center-point whitening weight function is extended to construct a double S-shaped center-point whitening weight function, and a grey evaluation method based on the double S-shaped center-point whitening weight function is proposed, and thus the cross characteristics of grey class and cluster coefficient of the double S-shaped whitening weight function, which are both in line with the normative requirements, is proved. Finally, the example of evaluating the competitiveness in express enterprise proves the effectiveness of the method.
