Combined mitral and pulmonary valvotomy with Inoue balloon in rheumatic quadrivalvular disease.

Rheumatic quadrivalvular disease is very rare, with few case reports (1-5). Here, we report two cases, both males in their fourth decade of life and with rheumatic quadrivalvular disease, who underwent percutaneous valvotomy with an Inoue balloon for severe mitral stenosis (MS) and severe valvar pulmonary stenosis (PS) at the same sitting.
