Plant anti-cancer properties; Folk medicine herb could treat ovarian and colon cancer

A study of a plant native to Africa and India shows that its seeeds may have promising anti-cancer properties. Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus), a fibrous-plant (pictured), has long been used to treat bruises, bilious conditions, fever and puerperium but hadn't been considered as a cancer treatment.
