Dorf Ketal Acquires Specialty Catalysts Business of DuPont

Specialty chemicals company Dorf Ketal Chemicals (Mumbai) says it has acquired the specialty catalysts business, comprising of organo- metallic titanates, zirconates and specialty additives, of DuPont. The acquisition includes titanates and zirconates and hydrocarbon surfac- tants and antistatic agents used in a range of specialty markets and applications, Dorf Ketal says. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
