The British Federation of Plastics' (BPF) contribution to the 'Love Where You Live' event, held in Westminster last month, was a welcome one. In case you hadn't heard of it 'LWYL', as it is so acronymmed, is an apolitical scheme, supported by government, whose goal to significantly cut the amount of litter swirling around our streets and countryside by 2020.
