This article uses the metaphor of building to frame discussion about howwe prepare for the provision of learning in the years to come. The intention is tocatalyze key conversations that will shape how, where, and why we learn. Theprincipal focus is on areas such as blended learning, mobility, gaming, social net-working, holographics, analytics, and the human touch. However, the larger themeinvolves challenging the reader to vision how we bring the best of traditionaleducation forward, combine it with new technologies and techniques, to reach andteach students well.
