Rapid test for identification of Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. sepedonicus.

摘要

Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus is a quarantine bacterium especially difficult for detection and diagnostics. The main reason is that infection caused by Cms often occurs in a latent form. The most efficient way of Cms elimination is its early detection. This work presents new immunofiltration test for fast and specific identification of pure strains of Cms developed with application of materials and markers used in modern diagnostics.
