Legislative aspects of marine pollution prevention

摘要

The intention of this paper, within the imposed restriction on length, is to present a general outline of the legislative measures applicable to the marine environment and to indicate that, whilst commercial shipping contributes only a small percentage of marine pollution, it is subject to extensive and detailed legislation.
