We've been writing in this section according to the HTS code breakout (small diameter through 16” OD and large diameter greater than 16”) but there is a subsector of this market that, while technically in the large OD group, that has some mixed demand drivers. This is the greater than 16” through 24” market. This market, particularly since the explosion of horizontal drilling has a component of upstream demand and, with the level of liquids drilling, increased demand from the transmission sector.
