摘要

Poly(aryl ether ketone)s (PAEKs) are a class of high performance engineering thermoplastics known for their excellent thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. THis kind of advanced material are currently receiving considerable attention for their potential application in aerospace, automobile, electronics and other high technology fields. To meet the different demands with minimal effect on thermal stability, the PAEKs with phenyl, methyl, butyl and bromomethyl side groups have been successfully prepared. The need has become particularly acute for high temperature materials used in microelectronic devices, such as the substrates of printed circuit boards, dielectric and insulating layers in multilayer structures, and coatings in electronic packaging. Therefore, the aromatic polymers with low dielectric constant, high thermal stability, low water absorption and good solubility are widely studied.
